Please join the UNM Retiree Association on Tuesday June 7th at 2 p.m. on UNM’s campus for a visit to the University Art Museum in the Center for the Arts. Arif Kahn, the Director of the museum, will provide a guided tour of the current exhibit Mysterious Inner Worlds, An Exhibition by Anila Quayyum Agha. The Pakistani-American artist uses various media to create complex patterns of light and shadow that reference Islamic architecture as well as floral imagery, among other inspirations, in a dazzling exhibition.
Parking is free with coupon code: 2207063 for the first 20 at the Cornell Parking Structure. From there walk over the short mini-plaza to Popejoy and the Center for the Arts. The Art Museum is just at the end of the hallway as you enter the Center for the Arts.
